Marisa M. Mills - Group General Manager
Since 1922, when my grandfather started the first of our companies, our family has stood for honesty, integrity, trust, doing what's right, courtesy, and customer service, with mutual long-term relationships with our customers and employees. These qualities have carried over into everything my grandfather has done, and my father, uncle, and now my two brothers, two cousins, and I do with all of our businesses. We intend to continue all of our efforts and business endeavors now and in the future, in the same manner to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied. It has been my dream, ever since I was a little girl, to work with my father on an everyday basis in conjunction with all of our businesses. I have been working with our companies since I was 15 years old. I attended Hamline University from 1993-1995 and Northwood University from 1995-1997, upon which time I graduated.
Brian Kopek - Director of Sales
Mike Brown - General Sales Manager
Mike joined Mills in December, 1993. He grew up in Whipholt, MN and was a 1976 graduate of Walker High School. He presently lives on Bass Lake in Merrifield with his wife, Kim, and 4 children- Jessica, Kelsey, Stephanie, and Jared.
Chris Eckhoff - Used Car Sales Manager
Chris began his career in the automotive business in August, 1994. He joined Mills Motor in October, 1998. Chris is married and just built a new home north of Brainerd in the beautiful lakes area. Chris enjoys fishing and spending time with family & friends.
Russ Howard - General Sales Manager
Russ joined the Mills team in 2006; born and raised in Fargo, N.D., he graduated from the University of Minnesota Moorhead with a degree in Business Administration. He is married to Brenda and they have two grown children, Jesse and Jacqueline. Russ has thirty plus years of automotive experience. Hobbies include tennis and fishing.
Brian Larson - Used Car Sales Manager
Brian has lived in the Brainerd Lakes area his entire life. He is married to Sandra and has three children: Ashley, Dan and Hannah. Brian has been involved in the automotive business for over 20 years and has been with Mills GM for over nine years. He enjoys building and riding mountain bikes, motocross and watching pro football.
Sheridan Sparrow - Sales Manager
Sheridan joined Mills in 2004. He grew up on a farm in central North Dakota and now resides in Breezy Point. He graduated from the University of Mary in Bismarck in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in Business Admin/Finance and Management Information Systems. When not at work his favorite past times are motorcycling and spending time in the Lakes area. Sheridan loves living and working in Brainerd/Baxter because it’s a blend of small town and metropolitan atmosphere. He enjoys the unique experiences of working with people in the "All Pleasure, No Pressure" environment at Mills GM!
Jeff Smith - General Manager
Jeff joined the Mills Auto Group as Service Manager in Sept 2003 after moving back to Willmar from a prolonged visit in California for 17 years and a short visit in Seattle for 2 ½ years. Jeff was promoted to General Manager of the Dealership in Sept 2007. Jeff has been in Management for 15 years. He is married to his beautiful wife Lisa and they have four wonderful children, Jack, Lindsey, Nolan, and Carley. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with the family, working around the house, hunting and traveling.
Tom Schroepfer - Used Car Sales Manager
Tom joined Mills Ford in March of 1997. Tom has over 13 years experience in the retail automobile business. Tom was promoted to the Used Car Sales Manager position in November of 2005. When not at work Tom and his wife Sue enjoy spending time on the lake. Tom also tries to squeeze in some time hunting, snowmobiling, golfing and spending time with friends.

Wayne Hanson - General Sales Manager
Wayne has been in the automotive industry since 1992, He started with Mills in Sept of 97, and he has worked in the service dept before entering into the sales dept. He is married to Michelle and has three daughters, Courtney, Cassidy, and Kendall. In his spare time he likes to spend time with his family, on the boat or golfing.
Lon Holien - Sales Manager
Lon is a native of Sacred Heart and has been a resident of Willmar the past 26 years. He has been in sales all his life and automotive sale since 2000. He joined the Mills team in August of 2005. Lon has two grown children and enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends.
Marc Alsdurf - Business Manager
Marc, has been in the automotive industry since 2003. He joined the Mills Auto Group in the summer of 2006. He and his wife Trish have two children, Carter and Caitlyn. In his free time he likes to be outdoors and spending time with his family.
